Hello. They are an excellent unit. Unfortunately, due to COVID Amaircare’s leadtimes can be up to 12 weeks. They build virtually everything themselves so quality is excellent but the high demand has created long leadtimes.
We recommend clients to purchase their replacements so that their orders can get in the queue and be shipped as soon as possible.

Hello, there are no delays now with getting replacement parts for Amaircare units or in getting the units. The leadtimes have dramatically been reduced to 2-4 weeks for most items.
Amaircare has had some delays since COVID and building a new warehouse and factory; however, they are sorting things out and have been shipping better.

Hello, Amaircare is doing better with leadtimes and we are currently quoting 4-8 weeks. You can definitely get the Roomaid HEPAs though. Most likely it will be less than 8 weeks for these parts.
