Hello, CC stands for carbon canister. This is used on the Electrocorp labeling system and is kind of a carry over from the original start of Electrocorp. The letters identify the type of filter configuration.
Units with CC mean Carbon Canister & Micro HEPA,
CCH means Carbon and Traditional HEPA,
H means HEPA only….
CCHR means Carbon, HEPA, Reverse motor.
Although we predominantly show CC on our site, we do carry all the configurations for Electrocorp.
