Hello,
If you're referring to the on/off button itself, this is located on the back of the machine. If you are having issues with the unit turning on even after clicking on off, the most common issue is that the baseplate is not completely installed. It's vital to line the arrows up and turn it until it "clicks". If this is not done, the safety switch will not engage and power up. Lastly, although most likely has already been tried, it's recommended to try plugging in to other outlets throughout your space to ensure the issue is not with the specific outlet.
