Hello,
I'm sorry to hear the first unit you received was damaged. I would recommend emailing or calling whoever you purchased the original unit from to see about an RMA or replacement if the unit arrived damaged. These units are still available; however, they have a current lead time of 6-8 weeks.
We also have added an added protection for shipping issues like theft, damage, and lost etc for a low cost if you decide to order. It seems that shipping has been harder on products since COVID so we have found clients greatly appreciate the added peace of mind for a low cost. It certainly can be waived too.
