Hello,
If you press the power and spray button simultaneously then it turns off the LED light. To check to see if the unit is still operating you just press the spray button (momentarily) and if it sprays for 30 seconds it is operating correctly. If it does not spray, then it is off. If off, you have to turn it back on then press the buttons simultaneously to turn the LED off. The most common issue people have is pressing the buttons simultaneously and press the power first to cycle it off.
