Hello,
I'm not sure we understand your question. Are you curious of the efficiency or efficacy (effectiveness)? If you are curious on the efficacy, this unit would not be our top choice for marijuana smoke. Although the Field Controls units are great, I would lean more towards a stronger, heavier amount of carbon. I would recommend looking at the Airpura T700DLX or the AllerAir Pro 6 Exec Ultra.
