Hello,
This Respiray Wear A+ Wearable Air Purifier removes 97.6% of particulates which flu and viruses are 99.99 or .01 micron and require a SuperHEPA which would remove 99.99% of particulates or a "true HEPA" as referred by other brands. I would recommend viewing the Airpura V414 below which contains trueHEPA to remove down to .01 micron:
