Hello,
This usually happens when the NFC tag isn’t perfectly aligned inside the unit. To help, please make sure the customized filter is placed first in the filter case and that the NFC tag rests on the top left of the unit, as shown in this diagram.
After confirming the filters are installed correctly, try powering your unit off, unplugging it for one full minute, then plugging it back in and turning it on. This often resolves the issue.
