Hello, can you tell me a bit more like you just changed the filters or opened it? Is it the filter light?
Typically, a Field Controls unit may not turn on if one of the safety features is triggered. This can happen because the door isn't quite on all the way, the UV lamp is not screwed in properly, or the top panel to the light is not in place properly.
