Hello, so you do have a single line that feeds both sides? If so, yes as long as square footage is of the coverage is less than what is quoted for the 350. If it is more, then you would want to consider the 675 or even 10000.
I'd like to ask a few more questions related to the ducting, though. Do you also have heat? When you say runs to a center location is this the handler (blower) where all lines come together and go out to feed the home? Normally, even though Amaircare units have their own blowers, they are more efficient if you continue to run your handler's blower (heat and AC are not necessary, just the blower) to further assist in circulation. There are a few exceptions to this with high humidity areas like Florida.
