Hello, Amaircare does have longer leadtimes. We can get a refined leadtime on Monday and update this response then. We follow our manufacturers' policies. Amaircare does not have a buyer's remorse policy so they don't accept returns. In this case, we will review each situation and typically accept the return if done in less than 30 days and all original packaging is intact. We will refund the unit (minus the shipping cost). If a client is purchasing another item, the original shipping cost to the client will not be deducted from the return. However, the client is responsible for the cost to ship the unit in its original packaging to us. If the client is not purchasing another unit, the shipping cost that we initially incurred typically is also deducted from the refund price.
