Hello, the life expectancy of filters is dependent on the level of the contaminant(s). Standard filter maintenance can be found here. Depending on the levels of meth and fentanyl, one may need more air changes an hour per a contaminated space in addition to more carbon. The Airmed 3 Supreme Exec is not designed for these Chemicals (Exec instead of Vocarb or a custom carbon) and probably does ot have enough power or carbon to do the job. Again, depending on the levels, rate, and frequency of the issue.
